In Pangasinan, the PNRC Alaminos City - Western Pangasinan Chapter, under its mother unit, the Dagupan City Chapter, also operates while adhering strictly to the fundamental principles governing all authorized PNRC chapters around the country. it offers, within the capacity, the same basic aforementioned PNRC services.
 
And in its bid to provide more efficient and adequate services to the people in the district, worked for its recognition as an independent chapter with its headquarters based in the City of Alaminos, being the commercial center growth in Western Pangasinan.

This is in line with Resolution No. 161,S-1996 passed by the Sangguniang  Bayan of the Municipality of alaminos requesting the Hon. Celso O. Samson, Secretary General of the PNRC, for the possible  establishment of an independent Red Cross Chapter with its headquarters in the Municipality of Alaminos, Pangasinan. Finally, the PNRC National Headquarters Board of Governors, on August 28, 2003 appointed its reclassification into an independent Alaminos City-Western Pangasinan Chapter.
 
Among the important projects that are undertaken and supported by the chapter are: Pamaskong Handog Lingap sa Kabataan Project, Basic Leadership Training, Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support Training and Annual Fund Drives.
 
Moreover, it now maintains its own BLOOD BANK, thus, making its blood services readily available to the people of Western Pangasinan.
 
Born of the desire to help, assist and comfort the needy and the disadvantaged, the ICRC and the PNRC will continue to work for the benefit of humanity. Similarly, the PNRC Alaminos City-Western Pangasinan Chapter shares, without condition or reservation, with this noble mission.
