CHNS reached St. Bernard, So. Leyte victims through its health services

Upon the initial report received by the PNRC NHQ from the Southern Leyte Red Cross local chapter regarding the terrible mudslides on February 17, 2006 which took place in St. Bernard that perished the whole area of Brgy. Guinsaugon caused by the two weeks continuous rain and slight tremors as reported; the PNRC organized rescue team, relief, and medical and social services to deployed immediately to St. Bernard, Southern Leyte to support and help the local chapter’s team on February 18, 2006.
