In its more than 60 years of reputable existence, the
Philippine Red Cross has lived through countless challenges
as it strives to help more people. And to further enhance
its services, we would like to invite all those who are

this line up of vacancies:
Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree of any 4 year course preferably in
Social Sciences, Management, or Administration; with
postgraduate studies is an advantage.
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years work experience in a
managerial or supervisory level.
- Strong background in project management, training
development and people management.
- Must be excellent in planning, organizing, critical
thinking and problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with Philippine Red Cross operations is
advantage.
- Experience with non-profit, non government or humanitarian
organization in related capacity preferred.
National Project Coordinator (Community Health &
Nursing Service)
- Must be a registered nurse, with postgraduate studies in
public health or related disciplines is an advantage.
- Must have at least 2 years work experience relevant in
trainings, handling health services/ programs in supervisory
level.
- Has a good background in project management and
training/program development.
- Excellent in communication both verbal and written, strong
interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills.
- Must be willing to travel or assigned to different places
if necessary.
- Experience with non-profit, non government or humanitarian
organization in related capacity preferred.
Disaster Management Director
- A holder of a Bachelor's Degree preferably with
postgraduate units in Disaster Management, Public
Administration, Environmental/Geological and other Social
Sciences related course.
- Must have at least 5 years of work experience in actual
field on disaster strategies & response operations at
managerial level.
- Must have a strong sense of leadership,
contingency/recovery planning and project management skills
to execute the necessary actions in times of disaster.
- Must have an experience working with various local and
foreign donors or aid agencies.
- Committed to work for PRC especially during disasters and
even after office hours.
Director for Community Health & Nursing Services
- A Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Doctor of
Medicine preferably with postgraduate studies in public
health or related fields.
- At least 5 years of work experience in handling health
related projects/programs or its equivalent.
- With large network and linkages with government, non
government organizations, donors and other organizations for
partnership in health services implementation/delivery.
- Must be a critical thinker, able to make a sound judgment
and strong sense of commitment to carry out effective health
services.
- Excellent in people management, project management and
training/program development
Information Technology Manager
- Bachelor's degree of in Information Technology, Computer
Science/Engineering or equivalent, with postgraduate studies
is an advantage.
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years work experience in a
managerial or supervisory level.
- Excellent in database management, networking and system
management.
- With exceptional skills in planning/developing,
implementing and monitoring applications/programs.
- Possess strong leadership, critical thinking and problem
solving skills.
- Experience with non-profit, non government or humanitarian
organization in related capacity preferred.
Information Writer
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder preferably in
Journalism, Mass Communications, English and/or
Communication Literature.
- Must be resourceful and takes initiative to ensure maximum
output.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be willing to be assigned in the field if necessary.
- Must be willing, dedicated and committed to work for long
hours as required especially in times of disasters.
- Cooperative team player.
- Must be knowledgeable in basic computer functions and
Microsoft applications.
- Must be familiar with Philippine Red Cross standard
operations and procedures.
- Must demonstrate presence of mind at all times.
- Must have strong organizational and duty commitment.
Communication Manager
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder preferably in
Journalism, Mass Communications, English and/or
Communication Literature.
- At least 3-5 years solid experience in the industry.
- Must have a large network of contacts within the industry
as well as the National and Local Government Unit.
- Previous experience in planning and organizing, including
CSR-related projects is a plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- With pleasing personality, good work ethics and values.
- Interest in humanitarian work would be an asset.
- Can start immediately.
Medical Technologist
- Must be a registered Medical Technologist.
- Must have one year experience as Medical Technologist.
- Knowledgeable in handling EIA testing machines,
refrigerated centrifuges, blood refrigerators, plasma
freezers and other specialized blood bank equipment.
- Computer literate.
- Having done volunteer services at the PRC National Blood
Center for at least 2 months is an advantage.
- Committed to work for the PRC especially during disasters
and even after office hours.
Operations Officer
- Must be a bachelor's degree holder.
- Must have extensive experience in actual field/disaster
operations.
- Must be highly analytical and have excellent
communications skills.
- Must be familiar with Philippine Red Cross standard
operations and procedures.
- With good leadership and supervisory skills.
- Must be physically and mentally fit to stay awake and
alert for the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to do multi-tasking.
- Must be able to effectively work under pressure.
- Must have strong organizational and duty commitment.
Medical Officer
- Must be a Doctor of Medicine.
- Must be a licensed medical practitioner.
- Must have been a PRC blood services volunteer physician
for a minimum of 2 weeks.
- Preferably with a pre-medical course of Medical
Technology.
- Excellent oral and communication skills.
- Committed to work for the PRC especially during disasters
and even after office hours.
Quality Assurance Officer
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree and a licensed of Medical
Technologist.
- At least 3-5 years experience as medical technologist in
the blood bank.
- Conversant with the policies and procedures in Quality
Management.
- Familiarity with blood facilities and specialized blood
bank equipments.
- Excellent in organizational, communication and
interpersonal skills.
- Must have initiative and excellent in decision making
skills.
- Committed to work for PRC especially during disasters and
even after office hours.
Legal Officer
- Must be a member of the Philippine Bar.
- Must have exemplary verbal and written communication
skills.
- Must have keen attention to details, excellent
organizational skills and discretion on confidential
information.
- Must have knowledge in Labor Laws, Property Laws,
International Humanitarian Law and contract preparation.
- Must have outstanding leadership skills.
- Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule.
- Highest degree of integrity capable of coming up with fair
and objective conclusion.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related
field is required.
- Preferably 1-4 years of experience specializing in
Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
