DIRECTOR, VOLUNTEERS
- University or college degree graduate of Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, Business/Public Administration or any related course, Post Graduate is an advantage
- Experience in project management and volunteer management including monitoring and evaluation
- Experience in mentoring or coaching others to improve staff or volunteer capacity
- Strong interpersonal skills, public relation and an ability to work with a diverse variety of individuals
- Ability to evaluate volunteer services, develop leadership strategy and exercise independent judgment.

DIRECTOR, DISASTER MANAGEMENT, HEALTH and WELFARE PROGRAMS
- University or college degree graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, Environmental/Geological, Social Sciences or any related course
- Extensive knowledge in program management (contingency planning and crisis management)
- Substantial working experience in actual field/disaster operations
- Strong leadership and people management skills

DIRECTOR, LOGISTICS
- University or College degree graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Logistics or Public Administration , Post Graduate is an advantage
- Minimum of ten years’ experience in Distribution and Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in project management including monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience in mentoring or coaching others to improve staff capacity
- Effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Demonstrates the ability to disseminate large amount of data and make logical decisions quickly and accurately.

DIRECTOR, FINANCE
- Certified Public Accountant and/or MBA preferred
- Experience as a senior financial controller role or CFO position
- Experience in project management including monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience in mentoring or coaching others to improve staff capacity
- Passion for continuous process improvement, accuracy and detail.
- Ability to interpret and explain complex issues and their financial/operational implications.
- Strong, hands-on experience in financial management including analysis and reporting, budgeting, asset management, audit compliance, tax regulations and reporting procedures.
- Ability to strategize and develop mechanisms to manage expenses.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and relate to diverse variety of individuals
- Must be highly analytical and able to multitask and complete projects in a timely manner.
- Detail oriented and organized and able to work under pressure.

MANAGER, INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AND STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
- University or College degree graduate of Bachelor of Science in International Relations or any related course
- Working experience in program management, international protocols and marketing strategy
- Excellent oral, written and cross-cultural communication skills
- Works well in a team environment.

MANAGER, INTERNAL AUDIT
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant)/ Auditor
- Working experience in managing/supervising staff/auditors handling financial documentations
- High degree of integrity
- With at least 5 years of full-time experience in auditing, accounting, business analysis, or program evaluation.
- Considerable knowledge of the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and the Code of Ethics developed by the Institute of Internal Auditors.
- Considerable knowledge of industry program policies, procedures, regulations and laws.
- Considerable skill in conducting quality control reviews of audit work products.
- Skill in collecting and analyzing complex data, evaluating information and systems, and drawing logical conclusions.
- Extensive skill in planning and project management, and in maintaining composure under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines.
- Considerable skill in negotiating issues and resolving problems.
- Knowledge of management information systems terminology, concepts and practices.
- Skill in using a computer with word processing, spreadsheet and other business software to prepare reports, memos, summaries and analyses.

Manager, Membership and Fund Drive Unit
- University or college degree graduate of Business Management and/or Business Administration or any related course
- Experience in nonprofit sector managing fund generation or program development
- People Management & Strong decision making capacity
- With at least three (3) years managerial experience
- Must be familiar with Philippine Red Cross standard operations and procedures
- Must have a strong organizational and duty commitment

MANAGER, CORPORATE COMMUNICATION AND IHL
- University or college degree graduate of Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Mass Communications or any related course
- A minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible experience, of which at least two (2) years have been at the management level leading a communications function/department for a significant not-profit organization or public relations/marketing agency.
- Experience in nonprofit sector coordinating communication activities in the areas of fundraising and events a plus
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing an effective, multi-tiered communication strategy and plan
- Experience working with media and established contacts preferred.
- Superior written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent time management skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task and take the initiative.
- Working knowledge of digital social media market.
- Knowledge of international humanitarian law, relief and development programs preferred

CHAPTER FUND GENERATION MANAGER
- University or college degree graduate of marketing, public relations or an industry specific to the organization.
- With at least five years’ experience, a proven track record of revenue generation and prior experience with direct mail campaigns, major donors, events, endowments or other campaigns as needed.
- Working experience in fund generation .& investment strategies
- Strong networking and Advocacy skills
- People Management & Strong decision making capacity
- Must be outgoing, confident, persuasive communicators and have excellent writing skills.
- Knowledgeable in Program Management

PROGRAM ASSISTANT – Office of the Secretary General
- University or college degree graduate of any four year course
- Working experience in program management of a community development project
- Adequate knowledge in financial administration and documentation
- Written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime during disaster
- Networking and linkaging skills

(4) OPERATION CENTER OFFICER – Disaster Management Service
- University or college degree graduate of any four year course
- Knowledge of Basic Disaster Management
- Working knowledge of program management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written skills

(2) NATIONAL FIELD REPRESENTATIVE – Disaster Management Service
- University or college degree graduate of any four year course
- Knowledge of Basic Disaster Management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills

NATIONAL FIELD REPRESENTATIVE – Community Health and Nursing Section
- University or college degree graduate of any four year course
- Working experience in program management of a community based health program

NATIONAL PROJECT COORDINATOR –CHNS/Spanish Red Cross
- University or college degree graduate of any four years course
- Preferably employment experience with non-profit, non-government or humanitarian organization experience
- Preferably with at least three (3) years’ experience in the management and implementation of development programs
- Must be familiar with Philippine Red Cross standard operations and procedures

FINANCE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- University or college degree graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course
- Working experience in handling financial documentations
- Ability to think, work, prioritize and coordinate with minimum supervision to meet deadlines
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written skills

INFORMATION WRITER – Communication Office
- University or college degree graduate of Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Mass Communication or any related course
- Proficient in oral and writing skills
- Large media contacts ( print, radio, television ) exposure an advantage
- People management skills

CHAPTER ADMINISTRATOR – Mountain Province /Misamis Occidental/Rizal/Leyte
- University or college degree graduate of any four year course
- Working knowledge of program management
- Strong leadership, organizational management & people management skills
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Good network and linkaging skills
- Technically adept in resource mobilization

CONSULTANT – Netherland Red Cross
- University or college degree graduate of any four year course
- Working experience in policy advocacy work within the context of disaster risk reduction project
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Adequate knowledge on program management (planning, monitoring and evaluation)
- Proficiency in oral and writing skills

PROJECT OFFICER – Singapore Red Cross
- University or college degree graduate of any four year course
- Solid knowledge of Program Management
- Working experience of developmental approach to community development and organizing
