PRC deploys ambulances for the feast of Black Nazarene

As part of Philippine Red Cross (PRC) emergency response, nine (9) ambulances will be deployed strategically in different areas in Metro Manila to render first aid on January 9, 2010 for the Feast of Black Nazarene.

PRC Emergency Response Unit ambulance and rubber boat operation will be stationed below Mc Arthur Bridge-Muelle Del Rio Street. Likewise, PRC Safety Services be stationed at PhilThrust Bank-Lacson Plaza, Sta. Cruz Branch.

PRC Manila Chapter ambulances will be stationed at Round Table, Manila and at the Quiapo Church medical station near 7-11 convenience store.

Likewise, Quezon City chapter will deploy two (2) ambulances to be stationed at Padre Burgos corner Taft Avenue before Manila City Hall and at Mc Arthur Garden below Mc Arthur Bridge.

PRC Rizal, Pasay and Valenzuela Chapters will also deploy ambulances at the right side of Quirino Grandstand in Luneta, Roxas Boulevard corner T.M. Kalaw near the Carabao Statue at the Bilibid Viejo St. in front of San Sebastian Church, respectively.

Aside from the ambulances to be deployed, PRC National Headquarters ERU, Caloocan and Las Piņas Chapters will ready back-up ambulances for possible deployment.
