Philippine Red Cross Caloocan City Chapter encourages everyone to be healthy while advocating for a cause by participating in its "1st Red Cross and Caloocan City Government Marathon 2011" on February 20, 2011, 5:30 A.M., at C-3, Cor. A. Mabini St., Caloocan City.
Dubbed as "Promoting Health, Saving Lives," the run for a cause will coincide with the city’s 49th founding anniversary under the leadership of Mayor Recom Echiverri.
Participants may register for 3K, 5K or 10K run for a fee of P100 (without singlet) or P300 (with singlet). About 3,000 participants from runners’ clubs, city police and fire volunteers are expected to join the fun run. PRC Caloocan City Chapter also targets private and public schools.
