Iloilo Red Cross Emergency Response now level-up
Iloilo Red Cross Chapter highly anticipates their respond capabilities to level up following the upcoming turn-over of an ambulance unit this Monday, February 28, 2011.
The said event, which will be held in their chapter ground, Bonifacio Drive, Iloilo City will be observed by the Board of Directors of PRC Iloilo and donor partner agency in the person of Rotary Club of Metro Iloilo.
Dedicated Chapter chairman and PRC Board of Governor Ramon Cua Locsin who also pursued for the construction and completion of a 4-million Iloilo Red Cross Youth Training Center, an air-conditioned and one of the most modern training center among all the 96 Philippine Red Cross Chapters in the country, is also the prime mover for the leveling of their response competency..
Meanwhile, the chapter is also seeking clearance from the National headquarters for the blessing of their currently donated rubber boats whose counter capability is likewise remarkable.
The Red Cross, for years provided the populace with timely, effective and untainted emergency response capability as well as state-of-the art modern equipment in its service to humanity.
