Ang Dating Daan donates blood to PRC Ang Dating Daan, a religious organization headed by its Pastor Bro. Eli Soriano, supported the appeal of the Red Cross for Blood Donation by conducting a nationwide mass blood donation activity last September 11, 2011. The September 11 mass blood donation is part of the quarterly mass blood donation event which Ang Dating Daan has been organizing annually for 10 consecutive years. A total of 3,048 units of blood, coming from 63 coordinating centers of Dating Daan nationwide, were collected by the Philippine Red Cross National Blood Center during the said simultaneous mass blood donation. Apart from gospel propagation, Ang Dating Daan remains one of the most ardent supporters of charities and social services projects of numerous organizations and foundations in the Philippines. The organization has been supporting the Philippine Red Cross for 10 years already through this mass blood donation activity. For this year, the last mass blood donation will be on December 11, 2011 and the PRC expect more blood to be collected from the supporters of Ang Dating Daan. |
